Data collected: We collect identity and contact details (email, name, phone, gender, occupation), emergency contact information, and dietary data. During retreat registration we separately collect health-related information (medical conditions, medications, mental health history, substance use) for retreat safety purposes.

Purpose and legal basis:

Account creation and delivery of the retreat service — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Safety, retreat organization, and facilitator communication with participants — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Health data in the retreat registration form — your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a)). This is special category data processed solely to ensure retreat safety.

Retention period: Basic account data is kept while your account is active and for three (3) years after your last retreat participation. Health and consent data in registration forms is kept for three (3) years after the retreat ends. You may request deletion at any time; the request will be handled within applicable legal obligations.

Data processors: We use Resend (United States; GDPR-compliant data processing agreement) for email delivery, acting solely on our instructions. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights:

Right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your data.
Right to restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
