Booking & cancellation terms

Your retreat place is confirmed once the €297 booking deposit has been paid. You may also pay for the entire retreat at once, of which €297 is the booking deposit portion.

The booking deposit is binding and is not refunded if the participant cancels their participation. With the booking deposit we hold your place at the retreat and begin preparing it, including arrangements related to the number of participants, venue, meals, and program.

A retreat is a leisure and well-being service delivered at a specific time. For this reason, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply when the service is agreed to take place at a specific time or within a specific period.

If you cancel your participation at least 30 days before the start of the retreat, we will refund any amount already paid that exceeds the booking deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, the participant is liable for the full retreat price unless a second suitable participant can be found for the place. Because our retreats are based on a safe group setting, advance conversations, and assessment of participants' suitability, the organizer accepts a new participant separately.

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, we will refund all payments made for the retreat, including the booking deposit.

We recommend personal insurance for illness or other unexpected obstacles.
